STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II (2017)
a) Genre

b) Narrative/Story line
The story line of Battlefront II takes place in the Star Wars cinematic universe as you take control of Iden Versio, a Galactic Empire Stormtrooper from Inferno Squad.
The story starts directly after the end of Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. Starting on the forest moon of Endor, the game brings you around the whole galaxy by moving from planet to planet while completing missions on behalf of the Empire before eventually discovering that they have been fighting for the wrong team all along. Defecting from the Empire, Iden Versio and Del Meeko both defect alongside each other to aid the Rebel Alliance.
Despite lacking depth or character the story can be entertaining despite the bulk of fun coming from playing as the bad guys.
c) Characters
Iden Versio and Del Meeko are both controlled through the game as you help and eventually defeat the empire. Both characters are simple so the player can sympathise with them and put themselves in the shoes of the characters but this does harm the overall story experience. Both are seen to be caring, passionate, and very skilled throughout the game.
d) Platforms
Star Wars Battlefront II is available on both of the primary next generation consoles, the PS4 and the Xbox One, and is also available to be played on Microsoft Windows.
M) The highlight of this game is the fast paced gameplay, accompanied with near perfect graphics and sound design. The amount of references in Battlefront II make it a huge amount of fun for a star wars fan and it seems as though that is who the game was tailor made for. Star Wars fans have been targeted as the main audience and EA succeeded in attracting these fans. The highlight of this game is the Multiplayer modes. Removing any attempt of creating a new characters or a new story line, the online section of this game remains prominent for focusing on the pros.
Marvel's Spider-Man (2018)

You take control of Spider-Man in a New York City that is riddled with crime. As Spider-Man, it is your job to capture these villains and save/help as many civilians as possible.
c) Characters
You play as the titular character of Spider-Man, aka Peter Parker. He's an ultra intelligent young adult with super strength and heightened senses. Peter risks his life to save people in need just because he knows that it is the right thing to do. Peter used to date Mary Jane but eventually split things off. Despite that, they have remained good friends.
Mary Jane Watson is similar to Peter Parker in many ways, as she has a strong moral compass that affects almost everything that she does. Despite not having superpowers, Mary Jane helps
Spider-Man defeat villains in a way that even the police cannot.
Miles Morales befriends Peter Parker at the funeral of his father, Police Officer Jefferson Davis. Eventually, Miles develops superpowers similar to his Role Model Spider-Man's and when Miles shows Peter this, Peter shows Miles his own powers.
Otto Octavius, also known by his media nickname Doctor Octopus, is the main antagonist of Marvel's Spider-Man. A highly intelligent scientist, Otto co-founded the mega-corporation Oscorp with his close friend Norman Osborn. He left the company after Norman committed several safety and ethical violations, later founding his own organisation Octavius Industries.
Yuri Watanabe serves as the main point of contact for Spider-Man within the police department. She works with him throughout the main missions, often pointing him in the next direction or opening up smaller tasks within districts.
d) Platforms
Spider-Man is a PS4 exclusive and cannot be bought or played anywhere else.
M) This game is single-player only and I have no complaints. The gameplay is surrounded by the fact that you are one in a million facing one in a million odds in a 10vs1 situation. The character development takes a long time along this game and it works in its favour. Every person changes throughout and nothing is left on a sour note. This game truly is spectacular.
